I am cooped up all day, everyday, in an office, this group is to motivate myself and hopefully others to move a bit without it being intimidating.

Axe Throwing 🪓
Chops + Hops | Axe Throwing Lounge, 115 NW 6th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, Fort Lauderdale, FL, USI will be doing some axe throwing at 7 PM on Sep 12th - you can register a spot here - just make sure you have the right date and time selected: Chops + Hops Register
There is a waiver you will need to sign when you get there so it is recommended to get there 15 min earlier.

Sunday Walks ~ 🏵 All welcome!
Welleby Park, 11000 NW 44th Street, Sunrise, FL, USHello! I recommend sunscreen and/or a hat. Florida can get a little spicy sometimes, even in the mornings. A bottle of water also would be good to bring.
This event is purely to walk and talk (if you want). Socializing is optional of course. As a warning, if you bring up video games or horror movies I may not stop talking...
