SunDo Wellness offers yoga-breathing-meditation classes both online and in-person based on Korean Taoist yoga.

Have you been looking for a practice that integrates your body-mind-spirit? Our postures link simple body movements with deep breathing synchronized to a background chant. This combination invites energy to flow smoothly through the body, relaxes the mind and rejuvenates the spirit.

Among the many benefits of SunDo is the ability to strengthen immunity. Through deep breathing, gently clearing the meridians and stimulating the internal organs, we enhance the immune system.
