About us
What is it like to be you right now?
The Sunflower Circles are a safe and confidential space to hang out, be heard, and get real.
We're a space which respects both spiritual development, and material justice. We're all about activists, creatives, and seekers who wish to be in community together, and learn from one another's personal experiences.
The Sunflower Circles are facilitated, not lead, meaning that our spaces are non-hierarchical and non-clinical. We meet whatever arises in the groups and follow the thread to which ever conversation we are meant to have at that moment.
OUR GROUND RULES
Please check out our Ground Rules before attending a group.

What is it like to be you right now?
- The Sunflower Circles are a place to authentically speak, and be heard for what's alive for us right now.
- We share what's going on in our lives in a safe place, without hierarchy or judgement, and step forward with clarity into better, fuller lives.
- We commit to speaking from "I", growing in our authenticity, and leaving space to be met by conscious community, without needing be fixed or saved by others.
We start with 2 minutes of silence and a round of check-ins: Your name, what's up for you, and how you feel right now.
From there, the group goes where we want it to go. If there's a common theme around everyone's check-ins, we start with that, otherwise sometimes people will bring something that they're struggling with, or a question that they want feedback on.
These groups are a space for people to connect, experiment with who they are, and walk away with insight and support.
Please read the Ground Rules before you attend.
