Ready to kickstart your day with a high-energy, sunrise workout? 🌊💪
Join me for a 45-minute bodyweight and resistance band circuit right on the beach in Fuengirola. We’ll be focusing on building functional strength, improving mobility, and getting that heart rate up before the heat of the day sets in.
This session is designed for everyone—whether you're looking to get back into shape, improve your posture, or just want a community to train with. We’ll use a 30/30 interval format (30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest), which is perfect for maintaining intensity while ensuring you have enough recovery to move with proper form.
The Details:
When: weekends and weekday 8:00 AM
Where: Fuengirola Beach — [Insert specific meeting point, e.g., "In front of the statue/chiringuito near X"]
What to bring: Water, a towel (or yoga mat if you prefer), and a positive attitude! I will provide the resistance bands.
