Join Us for an Energizing Outdoor Walk & Workout at Mile Square Park!
Get ready for a fun and refreshing fitness session in the great outdoors! This week, we’ll be incorporating step-ups, incline push-ups, bench dips and squats on a park bench—3 sets, or more if you're up for it!
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- A dynamic fitness walk combining fat loss, strength training, and conditioning in a friendly, social setting.
- Suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications available.
- A quick 2-minute warm-up to get started.
- Walk anywhere from 1 to 4 miles (we’ll decide as a group, but likely 4 miles).
- A workout tailored to the group’s preferences, lasting between 1-2 hours.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, I’m happy to answer any fitness-related questions.

MEETING SPOT & PARKING DIRECTIONS:
Meet in front of Mile Square Golf Course
Set your GPS for 10401 Warner Ave, Fountain Valley, CA, 92708
This will take you to the parking lot of Mile Square Golf Course. Free parking inside and along the street of Warner Ave.
We'll start our walk in front of the Golf Course main building, on the sidewalk near the driving range in-front of the flag.
BRING: Bring water, sunscreen and comfortable footwear.
