As a result of consistent requests & popular demand- 😜 This sunset bird is offering a *** SUNRISE POP-UP beach yoga practice!! *** NOT a weekly class* So take advantage of this (rare) opportunity to join me (Jessica Om) & start your day with a sunrise breath+body activation!!
*** ALSO NOTE: This is a DIFFERENT LOCATION than our sunset classes!

We will meet at the North end of Delray Beach (South of the hobie cats)

DONATION BASED

BRING: a large sheet or blanket/Yog mat, or ideally both! (Stack mat on top of large sheet)

Let’s start the day off right!
(Likely a lil group breakfast will happen after class- all welcome.)
