Yet another rare opportunity to GREET the sun with me... Y'all know I'm a sunset gal! But you're invited to join me once again- this Tuesday morning for some sacred SUNRISE time... Conscious breath & balanced movement to awaken, create space, and cultivate inner/outer strength & harmony. See you on the sand-- > 6:30am just South of where the hobie cats are- very North end of Delray Beach. (Just north of Laing Street) If you have any questions- please text 561-789-2205. Parking is on the street. Look for the hobie cats (sailboats) on the sand. Wear or bring a swimsuit optional. Last time we all went into the water together after :)
