Y'all know I'm more of a sunset gal! But every once in awhile, you're invited to join me on a Tuesday morning for some sacred SUNRISE time... Conscious breath & balanced movement to awaken, create space, and cultivate inner/outer strength & harmony. Meet me on the sand-- > 6:30am where the hobie cats are- very North end of Delray Beach. (Just north of Laing Street) If you have any questions- please text 561-789-2205. Parking is on the street. Look for the hobie cat masts (sailboat poles.) Wear or bring a swimsuit optional if you wanna take a sunrise dip after practice!
Class is donation based.
