Y'all know me as the sunset gal! But you're invited to join me once again- this Tuesday morning for some sacred SUNRISE time... Conscious breath & balanced movement to awaken, create space, and cultivate inner/outer strength & harmony. See you on the sand-- > 6:45am at the very North end of Delray Beach where the hobie cats are- (Just north of Laing Street) If you have any questions- please text 561-789-2205. Parking is on the street. Look for the hobie cats (sailboats) on the sand. Wear or bring a swimsuit if you wanna enjoy the ocean after! :)
