THIS TUESDAY! POP-UP Sunrise Beach Yoga with yo Om girl is back again!! :-D
Join me (8/4) morning at GULFSTREAM PARK BEACH for a sunrise yoga flow to greet the sun & start the day in alignment.
We'll meet at 6:30 AM- Set up at the North end of the beach. Parking is free.
- Class is 60 min.
- Donation based ($10-20 suggested- though alternative energy exchange is also happily received- example: Exotic tropical fruits :))
