Sunrise Beach Yoga POP-UPS with your Om girl are back again! :-D
Join me on select Tuesday mornings- NEXT ONE: (8/18) at GULFSTREAM PARK BEACH for a SUNRISE yoga flow to greet the sun & start the day in alignment.
We'll meet at 6:30 AM- Set up at the North end of the beach. Parking is free.
- Class is 60 min.
- Donation based ($15-$22 suggested- though alternative energy exchange is also happily received- example: Exotic tropical fruits :))
