Welcome to the Sunshine Coast Sisterhood Initiative!
Building communities through connection and conversation.
The initiative behind this meetup group is to create a supportive, enriching, inspiring community of women and teens who are free to be themselves; to share their deepest thoughts, loves, hopes and fears.
This group offers education and awareness around self-esteem, body image, self-protection, relationships, bullying, stress relief, wellness, identity, self-empowerment, personal and professional growth, trauma and healing.
Our gatherings are in circle, a place where we are held, seen, heard and validated. We are dedicated to empowering females from the age of 10 in various settings. We offer mother and daughter circles, Grandmother and granddaughter, teenage girl and women's circles.
Each event creates a place of self-understanding, support, and personal growth through storytelling, self-reflection, self-introspection and learning. The goal is to have a ripple effect on the wider community with our skills of self-awareness, responsibility, wellness, equality, self-compassion, forgiveness and empowerment. We are the change.
Whether you're a parent or not, our growing community aims to bring together like-minded individuals seeking to enhance their well-being, meet new friends and discover healthy habits and inner growth.
For our beautiful daughters this is an initiation into a strong, loyal community of sisters. This sense of connectedness is vital for developing a positive sense of self, a place of acceptance, trust, and belonging.
Join our engaging Woman's Support Circles to network, learn, and share experiences. We invite you to delve into topics like learning to eat well, live well, think positively, have a strong sense of self, relating to others, manifesting your greatest desires, embracing change, divorce, navigating depression, grief and loss, transitioning through menopause, finding your way when you're feeling lost, and building strong connections with other incredible women and teens on the Sunshine Coast.
