This is a Meetup for real estate investors that are seeking funding for their real estate projects. Our mission is to connect real estate investors with funding sources so they can capitalize on real estate deals in the DC MD and VA area.
This is a great opportunity to network with private money lenders, commercial lenders and other real estate investors. We will have a deals display segment where real estate investors can pitch their deal to private investors and lenders in attendance to see if they can score a homerun.
We will occasionally have speakers who will discuss topics such as building personal and business credit, how to raise private money, how to property analyze and structure profitable deals and much more.
