Death Cafe in the Square
Come join us for an open and honest conversation about death and grief. Death is a topic often avoided but important to discuss. This in-person event will take place in Manchester Square, W1U 3PL. Share your thoughts, fears, and questions in a safe and supportive environment. Let's break the taboo and explore this universal experience together.
Death Cafes
Death Cafes are not meant to be a counselling session or a bereavement support group but a discussion group, though your experiences on matters of death and grief are welcome. There is no agenda and the group will lead the conversation. Be ready to talk about life's only certainty, but there is no obligation to talk. The aim is to reflect on our finite lives so that we can better live them.
Organiser/Facilitator
Felicia MacDonald is a grief coach and the founder of Griefwell London; helping people shift their grief by creating the emotional, mental, and physical spaces to better process loss. In addition to supporting people with their grief journey, she is also a reiki practitioner, and a mentor for Unfold UK.
Location
As this event will be hosted in a private garden square, Manchester Square, please wait at the entrance gate for access. Call the organiser for any issues. The location can be reached via Bond Street or Baker Street stations, and is a 3 minute walk from Oxford Street.
In the event of bad weather, an alternative venue around W1/W2 will be suggested.
Tickets
Tickets are free (donations are welcome on the day) and limited to make sure the group remains small and intimate. Donations will go towards any drinks and snacks provided and help support future events hosted by Griefwell London. Donations are very much welcome but not mandatory.
