#### Our topic is "Empowering Women to Cross Boundaries"

This February, join us for a panel discussion on the ways in which female entrepreneurs and business leaders make their way in spaces that are traditionally "a man's world".

Our featured business this month is The Diamond Reserve. In 2015 this small, female owned brand disrupted the diamond industry in Denver and beyond by establishing a transparent buying experience with their customer in mind.

> Drinks & light bites are included with your ticket!

### Meet our Featured S.H.E.:

After growing her professional career as a diamond expert with other brokerage firms and jewelers, Kaeleigh was determined to change the way that real people shopped for diamonds. Not only was she inspired to break from the traditional, male-dominated industry, but she also saw an opportunity to have a greater impact by bringing a private diamond-buying experience to Denver.

Fast forward eight years, 3,000 happy clients, and endless proclamations of “I do!”, Kaeleigh and her team have transformed bespoke jewelry in Colorado and beyond.

When Kaeleigh is not raising her wild-spirited son, Cal, in the Rockies, you can find her right where she belongs; in the Cherry Creek North office hand selecting each and every diamond to ensure that The Diamond Reserve showcases the finest selection of loose GIA certified diamonds.

As the brand continues to expand, Kaeleigh has made a promise to never stray from The Diamond Reserve’s mission: to provide unparalleled diamond education and one-on-one customer service to see that every client is investing in a forever piece that is a true representation of their love, budget and deepest desires.

### Meet The Panel:

#### Jillian Goulding - The Diamond Reserve

Jillian came into The Diamond Reserve as a bride-to-be and stayed as a visionary, mission-led diamond expert.
With a background in corporate tech sales, Jillian was inspired by the way The Diamond Reserve was closing the gaps in the local diamond industry through intentional sourcing, thoughtful, bespoke design and a sales strategy rooted in transparency. After having her dream diamond buying experience actualized as a bride, she felt called to bring her experience and energy to the team.

#### Jaala Sheldon - jaala & co and The Party Pantry

Jaala & Co provides full-service event planning & design. Mostly in Colorado but always up for traveling opportunities. Specializing in social events like luxury milestone celebrations, showers, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and corporate events.

#### Caroline Hafele - Gem Hats

Caroline Hafele is the owner of Gem Hats, a local custom hat company focused on comfort and sustainability. After spending more than a decade working with startups around the world, Caroline moved to Denver from Mexico City in 2020. She launched Gem Hats in 2021 as a side hustle, and now works full-time as the owner and lead designer of the growing small business.

#### Brittany Steinman - Luna the Wandering Bar

I am thrilled to be serving the party animals of Colorado! I had worked in the food & beverage industry for 14 years, including multi-unit restaurant management. I entered the corporate world and within two years I missed bartending so badly! In 2019 I decided to buy a rusty 1977 horse trailer that would soon become Luna. I’m a natural entrepreneur and thrive off of making customers and guests happy!
