🌀Are you a woman aged 35 +?
Feeling, tired, overwhelmed, easily triggered — and not sure why?
Your nervous system might be carrying more than you realise.
When your nervous system can’t keep up with your life (or your hormones), it shows up as stress, reactivity, and emotional noise. Hormonal shifts don’t just affect your cycle — they impact how your body processes stress.
This workshop helps you shift that — through your body.
This 90-minute workshop offers guided somatic release (TRE®) and gentle sound to help shift tension and reconnect with your body — without needing to talk or figure anything out.
You’ll experience:
• A short intro on how perimenopause affects the nervous system
• A guided TRE® session (no prior experience needed)
• Gentle sound integration to land and rest
All bodies welcome. You don’t need to be “ready.” Just bring yourself.

FAQ: Is TRE® right for me?
Is TRE® accessible if I have physical limitations?
Yes. TRE® can be adapted for most bodies, and Lenna is experienced in offering modifications. If you have injuries or mobility concerns, feel free to reach out beforehand to discuss what’s possible.
Is TRE® helpful if I’m struggling with my mental health?
TRE® can support emotional regulation, stress, and anxiety. However, if you're experiencing severe mental health challenges (such as clinical depression, severe anxiety, or recent trauma), a private 1:1 session is recommended first.
Is TRE® suitable if I’m experiencing active trauma symptoms?
If you're currently having flashbacks, intense emotional dysregulation, or dissociation, individual sessions are a safer starting point. Group sessions may be overwhelming when trauma is highly active.
