Sacred Sovereignty: A Somatic Journey

Many women have been conditioned to believe that putting themselves first is wrong, and that speaking up or saying "no" makes them selfish or inconsiderate. But as more women awaken to their power, reclaim their space, and use their voices, a collective healing is taking place.

This collective wound, once hidden, is rising to the surface, urging us to heal the deep fear of being too much, too powerful, or too visible.

This wound often keeps us from setting healthy boundaries and blocks us from stepping fully into our power.

The key to unlocking your sacred sovereignty lies in the wisdom of your body.

In this workshop, Lenna will guide you through a somatic journey to connect with this wisdom and identify where you’re still holding onto these fears.

Through somatic inquiry, EFT, and the collective energy of the group, we’ll take the first steps in healing this wound and reclaiming your sacred sovereignty—your right to be seen, to speak up, and to live fully in your power.

How to Prepare:
Set up a cozy, undisturbed space where you can fully relax. It can help to have an anchoring object to help your nervous system orient—this could be a candle, something you enjoy looking at, or a plant.

Have your journal or a blank piece of paper on hand, as there will be an opportunity to either write or draw during the session (you may wish to burn this later)
