Come and join me for a leisurely walk around Oxford! I've spent a lot of time here over the last few years so will do my best to impart my knowledge of this interesting city*. We will take in the canal and river paths, Christ Church Meadow and Headington Hill (for a late picnic lunch and one of the best views of Oxford's famous spires!) before looping back to see the historic city centre/University. There will be plenty of time for photos and to see all the sights!
Once we're back in the centre we have lots of pub options for those who want to stop for a drink before going back to the station.
For those arriving by train: most routes from Surrey will be via Reading (I suggest catching the train leaving 11.15 from Reading due to arrive in Oxford at 11.39).
For those driving: Oxford has several Park and Ride sites. If you decide to park in the city centre, be aware that Oxford has a zero emission zone that may require payment.
*Please note, this is not an official walking tour and I cannot 100% guarantee the accuracy of anything I say!
We've provided an automated estimate of the end time and this will be affected by many factors - please only use as a guide. The description above may also have specific notes on ending details.
