Please RSVP at our website (green button) and not here, thanks!
Come along for a relatively easy-going walk around the Knepp Estate in West Sussex. Since the early 2000s this estate has been managed for nature as a rewilding park, with herds of English longhorn cattle and Tamworth pigs being allowed free roam to simulate natural grazing regimes.
As a result it's a wildlife haven with the potential for sightings of rare butterflies and reintroduced White Stork, but the walk also encompasses castle ruins, the estate house and also a windmill on route. This walk has the potential for refreshments both midway through the route at the Sportsman pub and at the Knepp cafe located close to the car park.
For those relying on public transport be advised that Knepp is in a remote location with limited public transport options.
We've provided an automated estimate of the end time and this will be affected by many factors - please only use as a guide. The description above may also have specific notes on ending details.
