Thursley NNR Volunteering

Volunteering with the Ranger at Thursley National Nature Reserve (near Elstead). Details to follow, but as an idea, we will be helping with the practical management of a rare lowland heathland habitat. Usually this involves cutting back scrub & burning it. It's a great social event where we will have breaks with teas & coffee, eat a packed lunch on site & help the rare & threatened wildlife of our heaths continue to have a home.
