Bring your binoculars and join me for a leisurely birding walk across Blackheath and the western edge of the Hurtwood. The aim is to hopefully see the Cuckoos that have been returning from their winter in Africa as they now re-establish their territories in our area.

As a bonus objective we can cross our fingers to hopefully spot one of the elusive Dartford Warbler pairs that are now inhabiting the heathlands that edge this patch. This will be a slow paced walk with lots of stopping in a remote area, away from facilities. Their is the option of refreshment afterwards at the Drummond pub in Albury.

We've provided an automated estimate of the end time and this will be affected by many factors - please only use as a guide. The description above may also have specific notes on ending details.
