What we’re about
We're an empathetic discussion group where victims of toxic relationships and abuse can share their experiences, find encouragement and validation, and exchange ideas with others about how to cope and move on.
Narcissists, Borderlines, and Antisocials belong to Cluster B personality disorders defined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). Although subtly different, they share many traits including a deficit of empathy, habitual lying, lack of remorse, emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, maladaption, and Machiavellianism.
We schedule Meetups at least once a week. Our Meetup group is private and not visible to non-members, and we don't take photos or records of anything. We understand the importance of confidentiality, especially if you going through a breakup/divorcing with someone who fits the criteria for a Cluster B personality type. If you have any other requests or questions, please feel free to reach out to the facilitator of whichever MeetUp you are attending.
DISCLAIMER: Although our members have a wealth of knowledge and experience, and can answer many questions and offer suggestions, we can't provide psychological counseling or legal advice. Also, we're not a support group for individuals with Cluster B personality disorders.
ATTENDANCE POLICY: There is no "late" or "on time" to our events. So please do not feel like you have to rush to make it at its start time, and don't worry about joining after it has begun whether it is in person or on Zoom. We understand that life can be busy and we are here for healing, not stressing.
