Our program will reveal how and where to do business in the US and secure visas for the key people and their families that you need to be successful. Dentons attorneys C. Matthew Schulz and Mengci Shao will
share the lessons learned through their experience helping businesses from China and around the world come to the United States.

Matt Schulz is a member of Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice with a focus on business immigration and employment law. He is a leader in the firm's Global Mobility practice and a member of Dentons' Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies practice. Matt has experience helping employers plan and implement global transfers. In addition to obtaining visas for the United States and other countries, he provides pre- and post-transfer counseling to help ensure the proper drafting and execution of employment contracts, employee benefits, and tax planning.
Mengci Shao is a member of Dentons' Employment and Labor practice group. She concentrates her practice on US immigration, including both business and individual immigration matters. She has experience in temporary work visas, permanent labor certification applications, immigrant visa petitions and adjustment of status applications.
