Microsoft Principal Program Manager Dan Hellem will explain how the Azure DevOps team uses Azure Boards for planning and tracking work. Spoiler alert! They are not using SAFe as the framework. Dan will share how they have built their model to be agile at scale and the lessons learnt in they journey to where they are today.
