Welcome to Swift Mind Care's neuroaffirmative social/support meetup group!
This resource is designed for neurodivergent adults who want to build social connections and engage in meaningful conversations. You do not need to be a client of Swift Mind Care to be a part of these activities.
We seek to offer a safe, supportive space to share experiences, interests, and challenges related to autism, ADHD, AuDHD, and more.
Our featured free event is our Lunch and Learn (Most Thursdays - on Proton).
Enjoy fun activities, engaging discussions, and chances to connect with like-minded people.
Online conversations will take place via encrypted private video chat on Proton, while affordable in-person workshops and activities will be available in the SF Bay Area – Diablo Valley region.

This Neuro-affirmative Lunch and Learn chat offers space for individuals to learn and share from like-minded peers.
Each session, we seek to create interactive activities and discussions, so attendees have the opportunity to learn new strategies for self-empowerment, share experiences, find social activities, and hopefully connect with others who understand their neurodivergent experiences.
Whether you are looking to make new friends or simply want to feel understood, this chat is designed to foster a supportive community where everyone is valued. Come join us for an enriching and inclusive gathering that celebrates diversity and neurodiversity!
