Join Swift Mind Care for an inclusive and empowering meetup focused on supporting adults with Autism and ADD/ADHD. Our Neuroaffirmative Social Support Group provides a safe space for individuals to enhance their communication skills and socialize with like-minded peers. Through interactive activities and discussions, attendees will have the opportunity to learn new strategies for self-empowerment and connect with others who understand their neurodivergent experiences. Whether you are looking to make new friends or simply want to feel understood, this event is designed to foster a supportive community where everyone is valued. This month's lunch and learn will be about ADHD/Autism diagnosis experiences, questions, and sharing of resources. Participants are encouraged to share about experiences and always will have the last 5 minutes for local groups to do a shout-out of their events!
Meetup will likely be via a Zoom or Discord Link.
