Swing Festival

By RSVPing or registering you agree to the following: Liability Waiver: Liability Waiver I agree to forgo, & expressly waive, any damage rights I or my heirs may have against Swing U or its agents, contractors, employees or volunteers for any & all injury and damages I may suffer by participating in the workshop or dances at any location during the San Francisco Balboa Festival, held December 3-6, 2010. I understand schedule, bands, workshops, teachers and venue is subject to change. My registration is a donation that is not refundable but transferable up until November 24. Photo/Video Release Form I hereby give permission for images of myself, captured during regular activities, at the Swing U, through video, photo, & digital camera to be used solely by Swing U for promotional material & video distribution, & waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
