THE LOCATION

Experience the Three Valleys (Les Trois Vallées) - the world’s largest ski and snow riding area with an incredible piste and off-piste selection for all abilities covering over 370 miles of ski slopes served by almost 200 lifts! The terrain is approximately 50% green and blue, and the other 50% red and black. With Val Thorens as the highest ski resort elevation in Europe, you can look forward to reliable snow conditions. These mountains offer bold skiers and snow riders thrilling, unique descents, and intermediates and beginners wide trails with moderate to easy terrain. All can enjoy spectacular views and a communion with raw nature. The destination also features gourmet food and wine, and some of the best apres ski experiences in the world.

THE HOTEL




* We’ll stay at the fabulous 4-STAR**** HOTEL ALPEN RUITOR situated steps from two Méribel lifts. Ski down in front of the hotel for easy access to Courchevel.
* Choice of Double Room for either one or two guests featuring a balcony with mountain views. Solo accommodations will be limited to 5 rooms
* Welcome reception with 1 drink and mountain guide orientation
* Generous delicious Hot Buffet Breakfast with Omelet Chef daily
* Delicious daily afternoon Homemade Pastries Buffet
* Daily scrumptious Dinner including starter, main course, cheese, dessert, wine, coffee, and tea
* One Dinner is a Savoyard evening of Fondue & Raclette

### GETTING THERE

Fly roundtrip from NYC’s JFK on SWISS Air to Geneva. Includes first checked bag (up to 50lbs.) and one carry-on bag (up to 15 lbs.). Skis/boards and boot bag fly FREE!
Depart: Fri March 12 JFK via Swiss flight #LX23 at 7:35 pm; arrive in Geneva, March 13, 9:20 am.
Return: Sat March 20 Depart: Geneva via Swiss flight #LX22 at 11:40 am; arrive JFK 3:40 pm same day

### LIFT TICKETS

FULL EPIC pass holders may enjoy 7 consecutive days of skiing and riding at Les 3 Vallées included with their passes. EPIC military pass holders do not have partner resort access so their passes will not provide access to Les 3 Vallees. For non-EPIC passholders, the 2025/26 price for a 6-day adult lift ticket was approximately US $475; Note: 2026/27 season prices may be higher.

### TRIP PRICE

Member: $3,995 per person, double occupancy (double room)
Non-member: $4,095 per person, double occupancy (double room)
Single Supplement: Add $1,750 to your trip price
Land Only: Subtract $1,000 from your trip price
*** TRIP INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The price of insurance is approximately 7-9% of the trip cost ***

### PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• Deposit: Due now with registration to secure your place on the trip: $1,800
• Balance: No later than Oct 15, 2026
• Late fees and penalties: $100 if balance is not received by October 22, 2026. Reservations are subject to cancellation and replacement from wait list if balance is not received by October 29, 2026
• Cancellation penalty: Prior to 7/31/26 - $200; between 8/1/26 and 9/30/26 - $1,000; between 10/1/26 and 12/1/26 - 75% of your trip price; after 12/1/26 - 100% of your trip price. All cancellations must be received in writing.

### PAYMENT METHODS

PAYMENTS may be made by ZELLE, CHECK, and PAYPAL using a CREDIT CARD

• ZELLE - this is the preferred method. Please download the ZELLE App from your App Store and make all payments to Treasurer@SwissSkiClub.org. Add your name and “France Trip 2027” when the question “What is this for?” pops up
• CHECK - if you cannot use the Zelle app, please mail your checks to: Swiss Ski Club of NY, PO Box 4096, New York, NY 10163
• PAYPAL using a CREDIT CARD - if using this method, kindly add $110.00 to your first payment to cover the fee that the club will be charged

Your spot is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation that we have received your deposit. There are a limited number of spaces and this trip is expected to sell out – so sign up soon!

### Passport Requirements

You will need a passport that is valid for at least 3 months beyond the end date of the trip AND has at least one blank passport page. If you are not a US citizen, please check for any visa requirements. We are not responsible for passport validity or visas. Be sure to check your passport expiration date.
