Let's get together and practice, talk and demonstrate swords. All levels are welcome.
We can chip in together and do tameshigiri (tatami cutting) practices as well.
What I will contribute (either as demonstration, instruction or fun practice):
- Sword Meditation
- Meditation
- Katana basics & techniques
- Kendo exercises for cardio and strength
- Aiki, simple self-defense
- Martial arts information, discussion in general
