I'm a technical recruiter and former front end developer. Everyday I talk to developers, connecting them with the right opportunities, and I absolutely love it :)
I also love being involved in the community and sharing my experience with others through public speaking and blogging. I'm a co-founder of the meetup SydCSS (http://sydcss.com) and a regular stage manager at tech conferences.Format
The evening kickstart with some networking, drinks and food.
Then each speaker will talk for approximately 15 minutes. The speakers will then form a panel through which Q&A will happen. Approx 20 minutes but goes on longer if the interest is there. We will also have a timeslot for companies and people to call out 'open to work' and 'looking for people'
The rest of the time is networking and a chance to meet fellow tech leaders.
