ABOUT THE EVENT:
When life feels heavy, most of us have heard advice like:
“Be more positive.”
“Try to be happier.”
“Practice gratitude.”
“Meditate more.”
“Smile more often.”

And while these suggestions may come from a good place, words alone may not be enough.

Sometimes, what we truly need is a safe space, where we can pause. Breathe. Feel. Be heard. Where we're supported through what we're experiencing, instead of being asked to fix ourselves immedately.

This workshop has been created with that intention.

Through simple breathing practices and meditation techniques grounded in ancient Yogic wisdom, we will explore ways to calm the nervous system, release emotional heaviness, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness and peace.

WHAT YOU NEED (OR DON'T) TO ATTEND THE EVENT:
You DON'T need any prior experience with meditation or breathwork.
You DON'T need to “be positive.”
You DON'T need to have everything figured out.

Just come as you are, and we'll take care of the rest :)
