Are you looking to build more resilience and virtue in your daily life? Join us at sunrise to build a Stoic morning routine.
We’ll be using the Stoa app—a tool that combines ancient Stoic wisdom with mindfulness meditation—to guide our reflections.
The Logistics
- When: Every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in March.
- Time: 6:30 AM prompt start.
- Where: Zoom (Link provided upon RSVP).
- Camera & Audio: These are optional. Once we’ve done an initial check-in for group safety, there is no obligation to stay on screen. Join from the comfort of your bed or while out for a sunrise walk—this is your time and we want you to feel comfortable.
The Agenda - 6:30 AM: Arrival and settling in.
- 6:35 AM: Prompt Start. We will listen to a curated recording from the Stoa meditation app.
- 6:45 AM: 10 minutes of silent, focused journaling.
- 6:55 AM: Brief, optional discussion/reflection.
- 7:00 AM: Closing and start of your day.
> Community Note: If we have a consistent core group, we will form a WhatsApp community to keep the momentum going throughout the rest of the year.

- A notebook and pen.
- A quiet space.
- The Stoa app (optional, but recommended for following along later).
