Are you looking to build more resilience and virtue in your daily life? Join us at sunrise to build a Stoic morning routine. We use the Stoa app—a tool that combines ancient Stoic wisdom with mindfulness meditation—to guide our reflections.
The Logistics
- we are a sunrise 🌅 journaling group who meet every Monday to Thursday 6.30am on Zoom.
- We have listed on Meetup once a month to provide an opportunity for additional members.
- Camera & Audio is optional, initially, we need to verify your identity for the safety of the group, thereafter, no obligation to stay on screen. Feel free to join regularly from the comfort of your bed or while out for a sunrise walk.
The Agenda
- 6:30 AM: Arrival and settling in.
- 6:35 AM: Prompt Start. We will listen to a curated recording from the Stoa meditation app.
- 6:45 AM: 10 minutes of silent, focused journaling.
- 6:55 AM: Brief, optional discussion/reflection.
- 7:00 AM: Closing and start of your day.

What You’ll Need
- A notebook and pen.
- A quiet space.
The Stoa app (optional, but recommended for following along later).
