Expand Women's Circle

The Expand Women’s circle is a safe space to connect, share, and relax. We welcome women, including those who identify as women, of all ages. We hope to welcome great-grandmothers, grandmothers, mothers, and daughters to sit together in solidarity. Babes in arms are welcome.

We share our wisdom, playfulness, artistic sides and hope to hear childish giggles as we connect with ourselves and each other. This circle is a place to be you – no masks required. This circle is a moment for self-love where you take the time to nurture yourself, rest and focus on your physical and mental well-being. The space will be led by the founder of Expand Now, Kristyn Haywood who will hold the space open in a gentle way. You will sit amongst fresh flowers, candlelight, precious stones, soft music and motivational card decks to play with.

Let’s celebrate each other’s courage, wisdom, resilience, and vulnerability. We hope to welcome you to this special circle. If you haven't been to a women's circle before, it is a lovely, nourishing event - come along and experience the beautiful energy that arises when women come together to intentionally be present and support each other.

This circle will include:
* Herbal tea and snack upon arrival
* Welcomes & introductions
* We will be sitting on cushions in a circle (chairs if you prefer)
* A short meditation to ground us.
* Each circle will have a theme
* We share our truth and hold a deep listening space - judgement free.
* Close the circle activity
