We are a community of women of all ages that want to lift each other up to build the confidence to be our true selves. We want to make a positive difference in the world. We support each other to be emotionally balanced, assertive, and authentically connected to ourselves, our community, and our earth. We encourage each other to express their disappointments, anger, tears, achievements and vulnerabilities. We hold space for all of it because it is 'real'. No masks required in this space.
Expand Now is a not-for-profit and a community. We host a confidence-boosting workshops, picnics, monthly circles, online curious conversations, share blogs, podcasts, and confidence-building social media campaigns. The Expand Now Community offers support to each other on how to navigate challenging or difficult situations.
There's too much toxic competetiveness. In this space, you can be your quirky self.
