Breathwork, Reiki, and Tea Bar

Breathwork session to regulate the nervous system, process emotions, increase mental clarity, increase connection and restore grounding. In conjunction with the Breathwork, everyone will be receiving Reiki to will help move Styx energy in the body and heal on all levels as far as a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Afterwards, everyone will enjoy a custom-made tea with a variety of options to choose from.
