Rooted & Sensual Sound bath
Details
A guided sound bath focused on root chakra. Root chakra is the foundation of safety, belonging, and embodied presence.
This evening is an invitation to drop into your body through sound and vibration. Crystal Alchemy bowls tuned to C# will support deep resonance as we work with the root to cultivate grounded sensuality: the capacity to feel safe, present, and alive in your physical form.
Expect rich, resonant tones, soft guidance, gentle conscious breath and a nervous system friendly space that honors the body as sacred ground. A space to soften, become present, and simply receive.
Open to all. NO experience needed. Come as you are, leave a little lighter.
price: $25 per person, last-minute walk-in welcome
