Coming all the way from USA, we have @AgilePHL (https://twitter.com/agilephl) an agileist and lean practitioner from Philadelphia. He speaks regularly on agile, lean and leadership topics in the US, and as luck would have it, he will be in Norwich for a wedding and he is happy to come by to St James Mill and give a talk on Agile Coaching.

Starting his career in Project Management, Ryan experienced projects and teams of all sizes. Originally focused in the delivery of ERP/backoffice applications, Ryan has since worked on patent research platforms, mobile development, digital advertising systems and most currently on a clinical learning platform. Through his career Ryan has gained vast experience in project delivery, product leadership, and technical practice excellence. Additionally, Ryan is a university instructor of lean and agile concepts in the United States for post graduate students.
Ryan’s current assignment has seen a traditional waterfall team that was notorious for poor quality, late delivery and high degrees of disengagement transform both procedurally and culturally to one of the highest performing teams in its business unit. The team of 35+ professionals works in 4 delivery teams primarily following scrum, XP and Kanban, but also have incorporated aspects of Lean Development, LeanUX and Lean Startup.
Ryan is based in Philadelphia, where he lives with his wife and three children. He is actively involved in the agile community as a mentor as well as a regular speaker at events internationally. You can find him on twitter at @AgilePHL.
