About us
Small talk is easy. Real talk takes practice.
T-Group is a simple, structured practice for learning to communicate from a more honest, present place. In a small circle, we take turns sharing what we actually notice, feel, and experience — not what we think we should say.
It's not therapy. It's not a workshop. It's a practice — like going to the gym, but for your ability to be real with other humans.
What we do
Each session follows a clear format. You share what you're noticing in the moment, name what you're feeling, and — if you want — share the story behind it and your intention for sharing. That's it. No advice-giving, no fixing, no performing. Just honest presence.
We meet for two 50-minute rounds with a break in between. Everything shared stays in the circle.
Who this is for
You don't need any experience in communication practices, NVC, or personal development. You just need to be curious about what happens when people drop the small talk and start being real with each other.
This group is for you if:
- You're drawn to deeper, more meaningful conversations
- You want to get better at expressing what you actually feel
- You're curious about how you show up in connection with others
- You want a space to practice listening — really listening
What to expect
- A small, committed group (4-5 people max)
- Sessions held at my home or in a park, depending on the weather
- A warm, low-pressure atmosphere — no one is put on the spot
- Confidentiality and mutual respect as ground rules
- The group runs in English
Commitment
I'm looking for 3-4 people willing to commit to a minimum of 4 sessions so we can build real trust and go deeper together. This isn't a drop-in — the magic happens when the same people keep showing up.
It's free. I do this because I love this practice and I want to build a circle here in Montreal.
Interested? Send me a message and I'll share more details.
