Table Talk Tuesday: Reflection Before Reaction
Looking inward so we can lead ourselves better outward.

This is the first official 2-hour Table Talk Tuesday session inside Rooted Kingship.

We’re starting with the “R” in R.O.O.T.E.D. — Reflection.

Reflection is the pause between the trigger and the response. It requires slowing down long enough to understand what’s happening inside us before we let it drive how we show up. This session will guide men to take that pause and explore what’s underneath. Too many men stay in motion without ever checking in with themselves. We push through. We stay busy. We carry pressure quietly. But reflection is where truth starts. Reflection helps us slow down, own our story, and recognize what’s really going on beneath the surface.

This session will create space for men to pause, think deeply, and speak honestly about life, emotions, patterns, pressure, growth, and what we’ve been avoiding.

• brotherhood, honesty, and accountability
• no pressure to perform, but room to be real
