Table Talk Tuesdays invites you to join us for a Men’s Mental Health Group focused on reflection, brotherhood, healing, and growth.

In recognition of Men’s Mental Health Month, this session creates space for men to pause, check in with themselves, and have honest conversations about mental health, stress, emotional well-being, relationships, pressure, and the things we often carry quietly. Too many men stay in motion without ever slowing down long enough to ask, “What’s really going on inside me?” We push through. We stay busy. We hold things in. But reflection is where truth starts. It is the pause between what we feel and how we respond.

This gathering is designed to help men look inward so we can lead ourselves better outward. Inside this space, we will talk real about life, emotions, patterns, pressure, growth, and what it means to take care of our mental health without shame. No pressure to perform. No need to have it all figured out. Just room to be real, listen, reflect, and grow alongside other men.

What to expect:
Grounded conversation
Guided reflection prompts
Real talk in a safe and respectful space
Brotherhood, honesty, and accountability
Practical tools for emotional well-being
Space to pause, reflect, and recharge

Who it’s for:
Black men ages 18+

Hosted by Amarri, founder of Rooted Kingship a space created to support Black men through reflection, brotherhood, healing, mental wellness, and personal growth.
Reserve your spot and come ready to reflect, listen, and grow with other men who are doing the inner work.

This is where rooted men rise not by pretending everything is okay, but by having the courage to speak, heal, and grow.
