Zephyr Cove Nature Coaching - Connection

We will meet at the entrance to Zephyr Cove library, located at 233 Warrior Way. The library is in a fantastic location, surrounded by beautiful forest and the lake is within view too.

As we are in Tahoe, please come prepared – layers, sunscreen, hat and whatever else you may need to be comfortable outside for 90 minutes. If it is smoky or raining the event will be cancelled. The library has a water fountain if you would like to bring a bottle with you. If you are not able (or willing) to sit on the ground/rock/tree stump, then please bring a towel, yoga mat or chair with you. We will not be walking far so you won’t have to carry it for long. Finally, have a goal or intention you would like for the session.

The theme of this session is connection and the aim is to get a greater connection with ourselves, to each other, and to the wonderful environment around us.
