Has your weight loss progress stalled. Are you tired of the YoYo diets and workout programs that last a month then you move to another thing. Well, here's a completely new model based on weight loss science and Tai Chi.

At Tai Chi Edge, we understand that health and wellness should utilize a holistic approach that addresses your mind, body, and spirit.

Our flagship program, Tai Chi Edge Fit Camp, is a holistic health and wellness approach using Tai Chi practice session as the foundation. On this foundation we address first and foremost nutrition for optimum health, then stress management, sleep hygien, social connection, lifestyle change, and fun. Using Tai Chi makes our workout process easy, low impact, healthy for any age, and effective for enhancing stress related weight loss, and then weight loss management.

Every week the Tai Chi session is broken down into two session. The first session is the Tai Chi session, the second session is the resources session where we implement nutrition eduction and application programs using our partner nutrition corporation. One week we provide healthy lifestyle education and training on topics like sleep hygiene, exercise, social connection, habits to break, and habits to keep and start. Another week we cover tips and secrets for better sleep and stress management.

Each week members weight in and we assess multiple body compositions to include weight, body fat, visceral fat, water mass, muscle mass, metabolic age, discuss progress. Following our evidence based program your should lose .5 to 1 pound a week consistently until your reach your goal weight. When your weight loss is achieve using cellular nutrition and in a slow and steady manner, it gives your body cells a chance to change (epigenetic) into health cells that will help you maintain your weight loss.
