Experience the added healing benefits of our advanced healing EESystem (Energy Enhancement System) room while practicing Tai Chi. Tai Chi is great for flexibility and strength, and heart health. It focuses on proper posture, body awareness, and proper breathing, while bringing you into deep meditative state.

Tai Chi helps the immune system, improves anxiety, and helps deepen sleep. It can help alleviate arthritis, improve balance, and heal the respiratory system.

We will meet Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 8:30-9:30, starting on May 17. You can book on our website here: https://www.radiantlighthealingcenter.com/events/ or pay $20 cash in person. Please come 15 minutes early.
