Welcome to Tai Chi in the Park brought to you by SOHMA!

Join us for our world famous, free Tai Chi class in the park.

We teach and practice Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan form set 24. This is the Chinese national workout, and the most popular Tai Chi form practiced worldwide.

This class is great for beginners as well as for people with Tai Chi experience. This is a FREE community service class. Everyone is welcome including children.

Also, we are teaching Tai Chi Chuan weapons forms including cane, sword, and fan. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes. Practicing barefoot is optional for those that want to strengthen their connection to the Earth.
