Instructor Elliotte Mao brings 20 years of knowledge into the exercise. Her teachings are fun and informational. No prior experience needed. Just a desire to stay healthy!

Relaxing Tai Chi for Balance & Stress Relief – Tuesdays 9, 10 & 11am

Tai Chi improves balance, flexibility, focus, and overall well-being. Whether you are newer to Tai Chi or continuing your practice, you are welcome to join.
Tuesday Class Schedule
9:00 am — Level 1 (Foundations / Beginner)
10:00 am — Level 2 (Intermediate Practice)
11:00 am — Level 3 (Advanced Practice)Students sometimes progress at different speeds, so we will review levels together during the first class and help everyone find the class that feels most comfortable.
If you’re unsure which level is right for you, feel free to attend the first session and we’ll help guide you.
