The world might not be stable, but you can be. Tai Chi and Qigong help you get connected to your body and spirit through the power of focus. Join us in a Meet-up Saturday, Tuesday or Wednesday, open to any level. We get into slow, mindful movement, fascinating stretches, and feeling good. Find your own peaceful source for health and fitness. Saturday is Qigong-focused though we practice Tai Chi as well, while on Tuesday and Wednesday, we are more Tai Chi focused, learning the movements. Our goal is better health and a calm mind through these unique Chinese practices. TUE + SAT is ONLINE. WED IS IN PERSON.

Tai Chi and Qigong combine relaxed movement, deep breathing, and elements of Chinese martial arts. We also focus on building core-strength because that's the key to improving fitness.

In these meetups, we'll work on Qigong sets and Tai including:

  • Ba Duan Jin (Silk Brocade)
  • 5 Animals Qigong
  • Swimming Dragon
  • The Yang 24 Tai Chi form
  • Wu 108 form
  • And more...

These practices are intriguing, expansive, and unusual. Our goal is good health, better balance and coordination, and getting our mind and body moving together. We use this time to take a break from all the challenges clamoring for our attention. So join us.

North Sky Kung Fu is a center for Chinese Martial Arts, and you'll love our vibe. Our instructors have spent decades committed to the power of Chinese martial arts. They share their love of martial arts in every class. Sifu Julie teaches our online program. Our classes are free to try for a few weeks. If, after joining us a few times, you like our practice and our group, we ask for a contribution of $5 or $10 a class to support the school.
