We're livestreaming our Saturday Tai Chi and Qigong class, and you're invited. We'll do Qigong first - simple movements and concentration - then work on the famous 8 Silk Brocade set. We'll explore exercise that helps us breath deep and feel healthy, and finish with Tai Chi. Please join us and follow along. You'll be surprised at how far and deep you can go online. Beginners welcome - do your best, and focus on feeling good.

We've moved our Tuesday/Thursday Tai Chi class online and you're invited. This is a bit more advanced than our Saturday class but you can alway follow along. We start with a short Qigong warmup, then work on the Yang and Wu style Tai Chi forms. The class is approximately 40 minutes. While online Tai Chi has its limitations, it's a chance to focus on your beathing, get centered, work on Tai Chi basics, and feel good as we wait to get back to the world.
