Join us as we learn the Qigong set called the Shaolin 13 Luohan (a Luohan is a Buddhist adept). This set is full of classic moves from Tai Chi and Kung Fu. It is a particularly dynamic Qigong practice with flow and energy, as we shift between hard and soft movements. The poses are beautiful, and great for fitness and health.

This form lends itself to an online environment and a short, 45 minute class. With 13 movements, we will only learn one per class. We break down the moves into hands, feet, core movements, and take our time putting them together. After that we will work on simple Tai Chi movements as we begin the Yang 24. There's no judgement, only the fun of learning these intriguing moves.

We started teaching Tai Chi and Qigong online during the pandemic, and it took us time to get the hang of it. Now after five years, we know how to make the most of the online environment. So join us, and have a unique and healthy experience. Oh, and one more thing - we are only charging $15 for this class - less if you can only afford less. But we need you to pay before class because we have had a real problem with "video bombing" - disruptive people showing up in our feed. Thank you!
