This meeting is in person in our studio on 29th Street. It's so much better in person, and our Wednesday class is an all-levels class where we work on Tai Chi basics and feeling good. If you're in New York, join our group (we already practice with a mall group of Tai Chi eagles). We start our meetup with a Qigong warmup, then work on Tai Chi. We finish with a mindful moment of of Qigong or meditation like the famous Five Elements or Swimming Dragon or another centering set. The class is approximately 1 hour.

This meetup gives you space to focus - on breathing, on your body, your mind, and on your health, without distractions. With the chaos in the world, we think a time set aside to focus on our health and well-being is a necessity. So let's be positive, breath deep, and move with awareness and balance.
