THIS MEETUP IS NOW IN PERSON! It's so much better being live, and our Wednesday class is an all-levels class where we work on Tai Chi basics and feeling good. If you're in New York, join us! We start our meetup with a Qigong warmup, then work on Tai Chi. We finish with a mindful moment of of Qigong or meditation like the famous Five Elements or Swimming Dragon or another centering set. The class is approximately 50 minutes.
This meetup gives you space to focus - on breathing, on your body and mind, and on your health, without distractions. With the chaos in the world today, we think a time set aside to focus on our health and well-being is a necessity, especially in New York City. So let's be positive, breath deep, and move with awareness and balance. We're right on 28th Street off Sixth Avenue, and easy to get to.
